Our client, a South African mid-sized Finance Institution recognized the growing urgency to engage meaningfully with artificial intelligence (AI).  While their existing core strategy and business model were clear, internal systems, governance frameworks, and strategic direction had not yet evolved to reflect the realities and risks of the AI era of business.
